Visual Basic JET Database engine programming

Developed Visual Basic program to demonstrate Tandem Computers' "Nonstop SQL" product. The software was an online Real-Estate demo program that allowed customers to search in a geographic area, select home options, and go through a virtual tour of the houses that were found.

Field serivice retrofit tracking

Developed ACESS code to make a standalone program for field retrofits for a semiconductor equipment company. The database needed to be accessed by multiple engineers from multiple locations. The application was designed to be installed on a local computer from the server, and then be able to access the server to get and update the data. Managers could assign work to engineers and engineers could look through their assigned projects and update the status as the work was completed. The database also allowed tracking of parts shipped to customers so that the engineers could see when it would be possible to retrofit the equipment.
